Five years ago today, I took a chance on this Arizona property, turning a neglected house into a thriving Airbnb business, Spahn Airbnb LLC. What started as a vision has become something even better: a welcoming retreat where families from all over the world make memories. Back in 2020, this place needed serious work, but with some effort (and a little Spahn magic), it has turned into one great investment.
