We’re testing a few new ideas for our upcoming seasonal lineup, and we want you to be the judge. Join us today at Puget Island Gardens at 4:00 PM for an exclusive tasting of three new additions we’re working on:
🥨 Soft German Pretzels: Perfectly salted, deeply browned, and pillowy on the inside.
🍞 Hokkaido Rolls (Japanese Milk Buns): Incredibly tender, slightly sweet, and cloud-like in texture. You won’t believe how soft these are.

The grim reaper? Nah, just a scyther. A scythe is the perfect tool for those areas where a brush hog or a mower is not practical. And it’s way better than a noisy heavy line trimmer. It’s quiet, it always starts and very fuel efficient . 407 calories expended in an hour of scything. So it’s a great way to get a workout , to meditate and get a chore done. Now any good scyther could probably find a dozen things wrong with my technique but I invoke the words of Chesterton who said “if a thing is worth doing, it is worth doing badly.” Now let that sink in for a bit. If any skilled scyther in the PNW knows of any classes or workshops on scything , please let me know.
