A New Way to Experience Estill Oaks ✨

When we built Estill Oaks, our vision was simple: create a place where families and friends could unplug, gather together, and experience the beauty of the Red River Gorge.

Over the years we’ve welcomed large groups, retreats, and celebrations, but we also heard from many guests who wanted to experience Estill Oaks with a smaller group.

So we’re excited to share that Estill Oaks is now available in two ways.

You can still book the full property for large groups, or now enjoy exclusive access to the main house, which sleeps up to 7 guests, perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a more intimate getaway.

No matter which option you choose, you’ll still experience everything that makes Estill Oaks special:

• 80 private acres to explore
• Incredible views
• A massive deck overlooking the mountains
• Hot tub & outdoor firepit
• Arcade games and kids’ outdoor play area
• Complete privacy with no neighbors in sight

It’s the same Estill Oaks experience, just with more flexibility depending on the kind of getaway you’re planning.
