Truly, Slippery Rock Creek is a local gem and if you haven’t kayaked on it yet, you really need to!

We did something new this year, kicking off a new tradition for our family. We decided to spend Easter as a family at camp!

After church, we packed our bags, our ham, and all the fixings and went straight there. The sun was shining, the fish weren’t biting, but it was a really wonderful way to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. I feel so much closer to God when I’m in nature, and Camp Adamosky definitely provides the peace and environment to feel connected.

From digging in the sand, taking walks, fishing, riding our quad, eating good food, and gathering around a bonfire- Easter Day 2025 was a really wonderful memory.
