Its official, * Thank you for your loyal patronage and friendship through all these years. It was a great 10 years. We were honored to serve you. We are off to a new chapter in our lives, we wish you all blessings.
We are confident the new owner and management will bring upgrades and new improvements to make ya'lls stay "royal" as ever. They will be a profitable asset to the B&B and the City of Smithville.

love these folks, Susie McEntire & her husband Mark stayed with us twice, very gracious and kind.

We had a great time in Vegas this past December. Can't wait to get back to Caesar's Palace in May. Come see us!

our B&B guests for the labor day weekend had a delightful surprise! Brandi Blevins, Doonby The Movie our rising movie star cooked & served them with her breakfast casserole, they were impressed, they simply loved her joyful spirit; decided to add another item to our breakfast menu the"Brandi Blevins breakfast special" ya'll need to come and try it! God bless!!! so blessed!!!
