A little country, a little history, and a whole lot of charm. 🤍

Just 5 miles from historic downtown Franklin, The Cozy Cottage sits on a peaceful 6-acre mini farm where mornings are made for coffee on the porch swing and saying hello to Banjo, Jonas and the goats.

With 3 bedrooms, beautifully updated interiors, a cozy fireplace, fire pit and plenty of room to slow down, it feels tucked away from everything, while still being minutes from Leiper’s Fork and an easy drive into Nashville.

Come for Franklin. Stay for the porch swing, peaceful countryside and donkeys. 🫏🤍

With warm Tennessee days still hanging around, there’s plenty of time for one more poolside escape at Fern + Fable.

Slow mornings on the porch, afternoons by the private pool, wide-open country views and just enough quiet to make you forget you’re only minutes from Franklin.

If you’re not quite ready to say goodbye to summer either, we’ve got a spot for you. 🤍

A little slice of heaven at Center Hill Lake.

There’s always something new happening at the cabins… including this adorable little duck house by the pond. 🦆

If you’ve been wanting an excuse to get away, our last two weekends in September are wide open and we’re discounting the rates.

50 private acres. Lake views. Two cabins + a treehouse. Sauna. Cold plunge. Hot tub. Outdoor shower. Ponds, trails, wildlife and plenty of places to sit and do absolutely nothing. 🤍

It’s quiet, beautiful and tucked away enough that you really can forget about the rest of the world for a few days. The only problem might be convincing yourself to leave.
