The first four weeks of bear season are in the books!
A huge thank you to all of our guests over the past few weeks—each year just keeps getting better. These are the bears taken over bait, trapping and three were over hounds and we still have one more week of hound hunts coming up next week!

Congratulations on all the successes!

Bait site update: caught these guys coming in for a snack. They are now entering their hyperphagia stage- They go from eating around 5,000 calories a day up to 20,000!

We have been out in the woods over the last two months getting all of the sites brushed out and ready for the upcoming bear over bait and trapping season. With 120 sites, it takes some time. Even though today is the first day you can start baiting, we are already seeing lots of bear sign at a lot of our well established sites.
