Avoid the$200 fine... complimentary off street parking for guests!

Hyak roadside parking warning!!!

Roadside parking in and around the Hyak neighborhood of Snoqualmie Pass has been identified as an impediment to snow plowing and emergency vehicle operations. Kittitas County has declared this a no-parking area and signs are in place. The penalty for parking violations in this area is $200.00; infractions are being issued by the Sheriff’s Office.

We hope you come play in the snow this winter; but please avoid a public safety hazard—and an expensive ticket—by restricting parking to lots that exist to support winter recreation and roadways with lawful parking outside the Hyak neighborhood.

In compliance with the intent of recent Washington State COVID policies we will be closed to guests for the next four weeks.

When we reopen guests may notice that we have made some thoughtful upgrades and accommodations to the Banksonhaus Bed and Breakfast. We want to try to assure your well being during COVID.

Aside from diligent cleaning, which is our standard,

*all bed linens including the duvet cover, throw pillow covers and lap blankets are thoroughly laundered after each guest's stay.
*We are using ultra-violet light, and ozone generator to assure complete sterilization of all guest rooms and suites.
*We are using multiple HEPA/UV Filters in common areas during occupancy.
*All of our staff will also be wearing masks, and washing our hands frequently. (Although we are human and sometimes we forget our masks, and appreciate a gentle reminder!)
*We will be routinely wiping down light switches, hand rails, door k***s and other common touch points.
*Each guest has been assigned, an exclusive bathroom during their stay.
*Individually wrapped, complimentary masks are available at the entries.
*Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in every room of the Bed & Breakfast.
*Each Suite has its own cleaning station which you are encouraged to use.
*we have closed the Alderview Guestroom to reduce our occupancy.

Each suite has a refrigerator (with a big enough freezer to hold two or three pints of Ben & Jerrys), microwave and coffee maker.

Traditionally, we provide breakfast in the dining room. Again, to do our best to try to prevent the spread of COVID, and comply with the intent of current policies your breakfast will be served
outside the door of your Suite.

If you prefer, and Washington State policy allows, dining in the dining room, we have set up separate dining areas for our guests to provide the suggested 6 feet of separation for unrelated parties.

If you have any allergies, dietary concerns or preferences, please let us know!

Although the Pandemic is causing all of us to re-think how to manage our daily function, we hope your time in the mountains at the Banksonhaus, will restore your hearts and refresh your souls.

And, finally, especially during these uncertain times, if, for any reason, you feel the need to cancel, we have a generous cancellation policy. We would also be eager to simply reschedule your visit, to avoid forfeiting fees to Air BnB.

We've made some improvements to Willow Creek glamping! With canvas curtains along the sides and back to increase privacy and absorb sound, red glass votive chandelier, Sony Bluetooth speakers, and a Nespresso machine at your fingertips. How much more glamour do you need, before it's no longer considered glamping?

We can only reserve the seats in your cart for 30 minutes. After that they will become available to other customers again.
