So walk, drive, or ride your bicycle by to see all the details Kim put into her work. Even better, spend a night at the Carriage House Inn, Sodus Point’s whimsically elegant Bed and Breakfast, and you can enjoy the sign in the morning, afternoon and evening light! (as well as all the other beauty found in our village.)

The New Kit On The Block

Abby (our little dachshund) and I met Red while we were walking along Wickham Blvd yesterday around dusk. We had spotted Red a couple of other times near the Carriage House Inn, and caught this video. Red is not shy;we were within 6 or 7 feet and was very calm, giving us an appraising glance then ambling along.

The first course of a Carriage House Inn breakfast is usually an entree of fresh fruit. Sunday morning we served this delightful dish, Orange and Blueberry Sparkle. The Mandarin orange slices and blueberries are in a sauce that includes orange marmalade, white grape juice, and lemon lime soda. And all this yummy goodness is topped with toasted coconut!

Afternoon Tea at the Carriage House Inn!

What better way for friends to get together than to share Afternoon Tea at the Carriage House Inn!

These two spent a relaxing time catching up with each other while sampling our selection of loose teas. A bowl of hot soup was followed by the three tiered tray pictured here, that included such delicacies as finger sandwiches, lemon scones, the signature Carriage House Applesauce muffins, lemon custard fruit tarts, and mini chocolate brownies with raspberries.
