2026 Halibut Restrictions and Regulations Update:

3A regulatory waters (southcentral Alaska: Seward, Homer, Whittier, Valdez, etc)
- No halibut fishing on any Wednesdays, and no halibut fishing on Tuesdays from June 2 - August 25.
- no number or size changes so you are still allowed to keep two halibut per person but one must be no longer than 27 inches

Also there is a halibut stamp that each customer
has to have in order to fish which is $20. I have raised my rates just enough to cover this cost in the price of the trip

Also start making your reservations as the peak season will start filling up fast

What an awesome group I got the privilege to take out yesterday! Couldn’t fit all the fish on the table, but we did well 🎣 Not sure who referred these folks to me but thank you, they were amazing 🐟
