Summer Seasonal Job: June 1 - mid September 2021. Experienced chef with baking skills to work in a remote, lodge setting. Be able to cook/bake from scratch for about 16 guests and staff (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Must clean as you work as the kitchen is a focal point in the lodge. Presentation and timeliness with meals is important. Hours: Approx. 12 hours/day, 6 days a week. We require a 2 year Culinary Art Degree and 2 plus years experience.
