Attention Ninilchik boaters! The final 24-foot harbor float will not be installed at this season due to a navigational hazard in the harbor. A steel piling extends approximately seven feet above the harbor bottom and has been marked with an orange buoy.

Boaters are urged to use caution and remain alert while navigating the area. Harbor floats are scheduled to be installed on June 1.
