A few of the reasons Solvang is worth the drive.

Wine tasted a few hundred feet from where it grew. A street built for wandering, with a carriage still rolling down it. An hour that passes without your phone asking for it back. And a table that’s yours whenever you decide to want it, no scarcity, no rush, no reservation gymnastics.

None of it’s rushing you. That’s the whole idea.
