Folks have been calling and asking about our rates. Basically the longer you stay with us the lower the nightly base rate decreases.
I'll post it here for convenience and you can also find them on our website at:

Nightly rate in $40 plus tax
Weekly rate is $225 plus tax ($32 per night base rate)
Monthly rate is $690 plus tax and electricity ($23 per night base rate)
Seasonal rate is $2600 plus electricity and a few other fees based on individual situations.
($17 per night base rate) 1 May to 30 September sometime a little longer based on weather.

Walking, Biking, Golf cart trails on our 232 acres
Concerts and other events for our campers throughout the season.

If you would like to book a site for anything other than a seasonal site, (you will do that with us in person), you can do that on our website and just click the book a site button for reservations.
Note: Seasonal folks will have priority on sites that may have already been booked for a shorter amount of time, but we will relocate you to a comparable site once you arrive.
