Framing for house number one is on site and ready for assembly to start Monday. Thanks to Matt and Matt from USA FrameTek for powering through the heat and humidity today to get everything delivered, unloaded, and staged. We were soaked from head to toe in sweat but we got it done. Can’t wait to see the assembly.

Things are moving along at Pards Ranch. Foundations are poured for the first two houses thanks to Hunter and HT Concrete & Excavation. Well crew is on site and prepping to dig tomorrow.

Today was a big day for Pards Ranch. After a year of planning followed by a year of land clearing and prep work, big steps were taken today. Not even the 2” rain last night could stop these guys from getting the foundations framed up. Excited to start seeing the building process begin.

Land work is underway and design plans are almost complete for the first phase. We can’t wait to break ground and start construction.
