Fire Update: Our hearts go out to all those affected by the devastating fires in Sonoma,Napa & Mendocino Counties!! The wind has calmed down & most all of the fires in our vicinity have been extinguished, or are contained. Most restaurants have re-opened, and most wineries will be open by tomorrow (Wednesday Oct 17th). We love our firefighters and First Responders! The town is full of handwritten signs thanking the firefighters! "The Love in the Air is Thicker Than the Smoke!" is a familiar refrain. The way the national press has reported this fire makes it look from afar as if the entire Wine Country has been reduced to blackened rubble. The beauty of our community is certainly still here, and the wine is flowing!
