Cedar House Welcome to our charming, brick-trimmed, 3 BR home on quiet, leafy street just 1 mile from Notre Dame Brick patio with fire pit and Notre Dame themed corn hole!

Live like a local and relax in our recently-remodeled, historic Tudor house built in 1924, with brand new furniture and accessories throughout! Perfect for entertaining, the large living room has a 60" HDTV with DirecTV and NFL Sunday Ticket, a wood-burning fireplace, and French doors leading to the formal dining room with seating for 6 adults. It's the perfect spot to watch the game if you can't

get into the stadium. Sleep like royalty in three spacious bedrooms (2 queens, 1 king), each with a comfy pillow top mattress, a large closet, dresser, and night stand(s). The large, private master suite upstairs has a luxurious king bed, HDTV w/ DirecTV, private full bathroom with waterfall shower head, and a nursery / toddler play area perfect for the little one(s). Two twin beds in the basement can be used for extra guests / children. Family friendly, of course, with baby gates guarding the basement stairs and the master suite stairs. Full laundry facilities also in basement. Extremely close to Notre Dame Campus (a little over a minute drive / about a 15-minute walk), Eddy Street Commons, plenty of restaurants and bars, downtown, grocery stores and liquor stores.

Are you visiting campus this weekend for another Notre Dame home game day? Here's some tips for making the most out of your campus visit:

🔹 Soak in campus hot spots! These are places in most of the pictures you see of the university. Take an iconic picture at the Dome (aka the Main Building), light a candle at the Grotto, go to mass in the Basilica, walk around the lakes, and pose with Touchdown Jesus on the side of the Hesburgh Library.

🔹Explore LaFortune (LaFun) and Duncan Student Center! Our student centers are full of life on campus. See where most students hang out. Notice the campus life and history on the walls, the different resources available, and places where you can grab a quick bite to eat.

🔹Explore the local area! While Notre Dame is a mini city with a lot to offer, South Bend and the Michiana area also have a lot to offer. There are local events, businesses, performances, restaurants, entertainment centers, shops, and that everyone is welcome to explore.
