Well, I am sad to say that our amazing Bernese Mountain Dog, River is coming to the end of this part of her life. For you that have become our friends, you know how special she is and what a great asset she was to our lives. Here she is with the first snowfall this season. I already am missing her more than I thought possible.. Merry Christmas to all.. She will be running free soon..

We are closing early this yeas as I am getting neck fusion done in mid October. Just seemed logical to keep it simple. If you have stayed here, you know we are always welcoming, so if you need a break, give us a call.

That doesn't mean we are definitely selling and closing, it is just us considering the possibility!

We had our first Yoga retreat here last weekend. Kim Larkin Yoga is excellent and it was a blast. Check out her website kimlarkinyoga.com. She does retreats all over the world. Very cool!

We are fortunate that we are ok and here in this spot that continues to give us signs of life continuing and growing. We are not sure if we will be able to offer to share this wonderful place with others, but for those that have come and know us, please let us know if there is anything we can do. If the world ends up being more hospitable as a result of this, it will not be for naught. We hope for the best, and wish all our friends a safe a peaceful time as this event passes. How we grow as a result is up to us! I am an optimist and am looking forward to better times for all.
