Lobo Lodge Welcome to the Lobo Lodge located on the banks of the mighty Rio Grande River in South Fork, CO The master suite also has direct access to the river side deck.

This new construction home is located just feet from the beautiful Rio Grande River. Not only is this home new construction, but all the furniture (and matresses) are new. This home sleeps 14 and is ideal for a large family or several small families. There is plenty of room to spread out under one roof but still very close to South Fork and only 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area. The floor plan

is very open with the master suite located on the ground level. Fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the river. The master suite has a zero-entry shower with double vanity sinks. There is also a queen bed and a guest bath with shower on the main level. Upstairs has two more bedrooms and a third bathroom with a tub. Each has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The loft is designed for fun! One overlooking the downstairs living has shuffleboard and foosball. The other side of the loft has a 60" smart tv where kids can log into their favorite game or streaming app. There is also a sectional that pulls out to a queen sleeper in the loft. The downstairs has a well-appointed modern kitchen, living area and dining room. The kitchen is very bright and has a very large window over the sink overlooking the river. The fully equipped laundry room is also on the main level. This is a wonderful mountain modern home that is perfect for your next Colorado Mountain Adventure. Late summer afternoon showered make for some of the most magical scenery! We waited this storm out at the base of the mountain and headed up as soon as it passed through. The reward was well worth it!

Pull out the chainsaws and axes for the 30th Annual Logger Days Festival, July 19-21 in South Fork, Colorado!! This unique festival celebrates the time-honored tradition of logging with fun events and competitions taking place throughout the weekend. Crowd-favorite competitions include chainsaw carving, the ax throw, the two-man cross cut, and a relay-type race with team members pulled from the audience.

This event is FREE and open to the public and features a beer garden and food trucks.
