Situated on the end of the street on acres of land with river frontage and a dock. There is a large deck on the river side than spans the whole length of the house has plenty of outdoor furniture and we have hosted parties of about 200 on the lawn and deck. Easily seats 20-30. The kitchen is cozy and equipped with newer appliances and there is seating for 6 at the kitchen table and another 8 in the dining room. Brand new laundry appliances. Plenty of nice dishware and table settings. There is a large glassed sunporch with water views with two living rooms, one for TV watching and one for entertaining and leads to back deck through the french doors. A wide variety of world music CD’s available and books to read. Central air conditioning. The kitchen and dining room are one comfortable open space. 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has King size bed with new Raymond Waites linens and comforter and plenty of closet space and water view and deck access. Television with his & her remotes. The 2nd bedroom has two comfortable twin beds with Ralph Lauren linens and faces the cove side of the river. There are two new king size (very comfortable) air mattresses for additional guests. Enjoy a glass of wine in the whirlpool bath under the stars or watch the sunset while relaxing on the dock. Large gas grill on deck or use the smoker and enjoy hickory smoked meats. Jump off the dock for a nice swim, we have lots of floaty toys, a canoe, wave runner and rowboat and two king size floating mats that offer hours of fun, or just watch the boats go by. Feed the ducks, geese and swans, catch some frogs, watch a beaver build a dam, and in July you just might see an eagle that nests nearby. If we are in town we’d be happy to take you exploring on a pontoon boat ride.
