Your Mission: To ensure the best possible impression for all guests at Sun ‘n Sand Resort.
The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for wow-ing our guests in areas of helpfulness, thoughtfulness, and creating a uniquely comfortable environment.
NOTE: This role may also be trained in our housekeeping department, expanding your opportunities!
Outcomes Expected:
-Be proficient in front desk systems, including reservation system.
-Be professional and positive on the phone and in-person at all times with guests.
-Be the point person for the resolution of any issue or question a guest may have.
-Occasionally fold and package room linens to be disbursed to rooms.
-Restock supplies on a regularly scheduled basis.
-Ensure guests are happy and have everything they need, at all times.
-Be responsive to the needs of guests, fellow team members and managers.
-Assist with detail/spot cleaning as needed.
-Assist guests and team managers/members with special needs as they arise.
-Present self with competence, positivity, and professional appearance at all times.

Compensation:
Front Desk Team Member will be paid on an hourly basis, based upon experience. Pay days are every other week.
Key areas of evaluation, as observed and assessed by the Resort Manager, will include the Outcomes and Competencies listed above, as well as your above-and-beyond-ism. Performance in these areas will determine ongoing and/or and future employment opportunities.
