The perfect place to make lasting summer memories! Fully-renovated in 2021, this cozy coastal cottage is tucked at the end of a quiet dead end street. Perfect home base for your summer seaside adventures, as this area offers something for everyone! Walk to Narrow River and rent kayaks/canoes for a scenic paddle to Narragansett Beach to enjoy a day of sand and surf; or through nearby Chafee Wildlife Refuge at Pettaquamscutt Cove for a coastal wildlife safari. Board the ferry to Block Island or book a fishing charter from nearby Pt. Judith. Scrub off that salt and sand and get dressed up for a night of waterfront dining at some of the area’s best restaurants. The kids can make sandcastles and splash in the waves at the many nearby beaches or have some old-fashioned fun at Adventureland Family Fun park.

After you’ve tired yourself out in the sun and sea spray, simply relax against the backdrop of birdsong on the private back patio or sink into a cozy chair with a refreshing drink on the covered front porch. This immaculate and sparkling new cottage is also the perfect place to just stay in and cook up a gourmet dinner in the well-stocked kitchen and play board games or watch a movie.
