We love taking the Lam Watah Trail over to . It is just past Stateline on the Nevada side. Stroller friendly ✔ kid friendly (flat) ✔ Picnic tables at the beach ✔ win win win 🙌

Who says stairs arent " ?" 🤷‍♀️

After a week at the cabin, our baby girl made going up the stairs look easy. Going down? Well... we're still working on it 😁

Even our 🐕 learned out to use stairs at our home! She is also still working on the down though (stumble* slide* barrel down)

Traveling to Tahoe with kids this summer? Check out our favorite park,

We discovered this local park early on in covid last year and have made it a regular stop with every trip. Its not in a major tourist spot so it is SO MUCH LESS CROWDED!

It has separate a playground for the littles, a huge open field to run around on and the views? Well thet arent too shabby either (SWIPE!)

We knew having a hot tub at our rental was a no brainer. Guests continually tell us how much they enjoy it after a day on the slopes or an outdoor adventure.

I love how our green roof blends in so perfectly with the towering pine trees. Our home truly is "woodsy" even though we are still in the heart of the town.

And look how beautiful and SO CLOSE the lake is!! When we say walkable, we mean it

A 🐻 & a coyote all outside our house in the same day! Yes, this bear was just strolling around, 1 block away (and sadly, headed for a very busy street).
And the coyote (pic 3) actually ran from the side of our house, just past us on the driveway and down the street.

Looks like winter is officially over and spring has sprung in tahoe!
