Nestled among the pines in South Lake Tahoe, this resort is right in the middle of this vacation paradise - across the street from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, and just minutes from the lake and Casinos. Winter, summer, spring and fall - there is always something to do in Tahoe. Our beautifully landscaped common area features a heated swimming pool, large whirlpool bath, and barbeques. You will also find horseshoe pits nearby. Or step inside our very modest exercise room for an early morning workout - be sure to take advantage of our sauna while you are there. Each unit comes with individual carport parking, alternative parking also available.

These spacious, approx. 1,700 square foot accommodations are just across the street from Heavenly Ski Resort, and minutes from Lake Tahoe and the Nevada casinos. From your townhouse, enjoy breathtaking views of the Sierra Mountains, or enjoy the beautifully landscaped common area with a heated swimming pool, large whirlpool bath, and Barbecues. Indoors you will find a well-equipped exercise facility, as well as a dry sauna. Heavenly Valley Townhouses offers two- and three-bedroom units. Two-bedroom units feature three bathrooms, a wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, three televisions, Internet access, fully equipped kitchen, carport parking, a king bed and whirlpool bath tub in the master suite, and a queen or two twin beds in the second bedroom. Three-bedroom units feature three bathrooms, all of the above amenities with the inclusion of two queen beds in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. In the summer months, enjoy a sailboat cruise on beautiful Lake Tahoe. A sailing adventure is peaceful yet exhilarating, with tall masts and billowing white sails propelling you through the water as the soft mountain air tousles your hair. If altitude gets your heart pumping, take a gondola ride at Heavenly. The eight-passenger gondola ride takes guests 2.4 miles up the mountain in 12 minutes. From The Deck - a 14,000-square-foot mid-station observation platform at an elevation of 9,123 feet - you will be treated to views of the Carson Valley, Desolation Wilderness, and shore-to-shore views of Lake Tahoe.
