Additional responsibilities including accommodating guest requests, answering and routing calls appropriately, taking guest reservations, posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions and other duties as assigned.

Requirements Include

Guest Services Agents are required to have good computer skills, and a professional vocabulary and polished appearance. Hotel front desk experience preferred. Previous hotel experience required. Customer service skills and enthusiasm a must!
