"budget inn lake tahoe. i went to check-in at the budget inn. i ask lady to show me room. she was very friendly. she show me a room. very friendly staff. and we had breakfast in the morning at 7:00 am. the wireless works the best. i will recommend my friend and family to stay here. and i also come back again and again."

"I stayed a week at this motel and the service was excellent. At 1st, I wanted a room with 2 queen beds, however it was not available. However the owner gave me a free upgrade for a room with 2 queen size bed without extra charge. In addition, their service was excellent that they cater to your needs when ever they could. After which, I went back again for my 2nd tahoe trip. It was enjoyable with money for the stay."

"This a perfect location. Walking distance from everything. Food, stores, water, rental bikes and lake gear! Can not beat the price, and the beds and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. This is where I will direct friends in the future."

"I will go here again for the next snowboarding extravaganza! Also dudes, this place is super close to Heavenly. It takes like 3 minutes to drive to and fro. Awesome."

"Amenities include awesomeness!!! Mini fridge, mini microwave, a decent size tv + cable, a clock, a desk, a decent size bathroom and stand up shower, a working sink, a soft king sized bed (at least in room it was a king sized bed), two bags of shampoo and conditioner, two thin bars of soap, and a working heater!!!"
