Not your typical Mother's Day post. My first born was a stillbirth. My first "Mother's Day" was brutal. Now it's one of my most cherished days and I'd like to invite you to join me in a new tradition. We're starting a memory garden for all of the moms who lost their children too soon. Even if you've never been to the lodge, please share their name and birthday with us. We would love to hold space for you and them, and will plant their birth month flower in the garden. 💕✨

We are located on Ski Run Blvd, the original ski run for Heavenly Mountain and did you know is celebrating their 70th anniversary this season? I absolutely LOVE old ski photos. They are such a vibe. And skiing with your kids for their first time is truly magical. ❄️✨

I'd like to introduce one of the *sweetest* new editions to your stay, locally made cookies upon arrival! Lovingly made with seasonally rotating flavors by the gals at . Over the Fall we were blessed with pumpkin snickerdoodles and during the holidays candy cane chocolate chip cookies were everyone's favorite. 😋
