Completely renovated and remolded in the summer of 2011 this vacation home is situated one mile from Heavenly Ski Resort, 24 hr Casinos, and the Lake. Featuring over 2000 sq ft of living space and a very open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms can accommodate a maximum of 12 overnight guests. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, or in the master soaker bathtub

for two. Entertain with ease; the downstairs features a spacious Living Room, Dining area, and large Kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. All bathrooms have granite counter tops and beautiful showers/baths. There is a huge wrap around deck with views of both Heavenly and Mt. Talliac. Complete with outdoor furniture and grill. There is plenty to do from horse shoes and bocce ball outside, to pool and foosball inside. Each bedroom is furnished with beautiful handmade log furniture to give you that wonderful Tahoe vacation feel. The entire house is heated with infloor heating to keep you nice and toasty after a hard day of skiing. The land is over 12,000 sq ft with a fenced in backyard. The kids can play in the backyard without any worries, plenty of room to build snowmen. There is a 9-hole golf course about 1/4 mile away. You are also less than a mile from Highway 50 where you can find great shopping and restaurants. The downstairs has a brand new 50" TV, DVD player, and surround sound. The master bedroom has a new 42" TV, as well as the front bedroom with bunks. We offer cable and free wifi. This property has all the comforts of home. You are just minutes away from Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, and the lake. Safeway grocery store is just blocks away. Please email us with any questions or other pictures of the house.
