Welcome to the New Year everyone. I thought I would share just one of the many fantastic reviews our property has had.

Christmas 2023
We had an amazing time. We had the top two condos which allowed us plenty of space for the nine of us. The condo was attractive and spacious. We kept the doors open and basically moved through the two as if it were one. The pool and the hot tub were both warm. We used them daily, along with the beach which was a very short walk away. The kitchens were small but having two kitchens made cooking very easy, plus we took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen by the pool. Having four bathrooms was a godsend with teenage boys and girls! I also loved the balcony’s for morning coffees and a good book. We ate…and ate. We went deep sea fishing and parasailing. We rented golf carts and did much of our traveling that way. I highly recommended it. We visited the nature center, the turtles and the birds..and let’s not forget the alligators. We played a ton of board games and cards. It was a very relaxing, family oriented vacation which was just what the dr ordered. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely vacation home with us. I love how you have kept your nephews memory alive through these condos.

South Padre Island, Texas, Friday, June 24, 2022 – The Texas Travel Awards has named the City of South Padre Island, Texas, Destination of the Year 2022. South Padre Island won six awards total, taking home the People’s Choice for Best Destination for Families and the statewide prize for best Brewery, Best Instagrammable Spot, Live Music Venue, and Outdoor Activity in the Small Market category.



Created by the publishers of Austin Monthly, San Antonio Magazine, and Texas Music, the Texas Travel Awards recognize and celebrate the top travel destinations and attractions across the Lone Star State, shining a spotlight on the most exciting, innovative, and inviting places throughout Texas. The 2022 winners represent uniquely Texas places and experiences worthy of any traveler’s itinerary.



With 34 miles of coastline, 300+ days of sunshine, and all forms of entertainment from water sports to live music, South Padre Island is the perfect island retreat. Easily accessible by land or sea and with year-round warm temperatures, visitors can experience the South Padre Island lifestyle any season. Significant events include fishing tournaments covering almost every fishing category throughout the summer, and Sandcastle Days in October brings some of the world’s best sand sculptors to showcase their skills.
