For our Connecticut LIHTC Community: Just a reminder, tenants must answer ALL questions on the Interview Checklist and The Recertification Update Forms. For whatever reason, the questions regarding how previous year's income differs from current year are left blank. These are required forms in CT.

Remember, do not leave ANY blanks on LIHTC forms.

This is a screen shot from the Interview Checklist from a file - notice the question is unanswered, even though it says "Do not leave this blank" next to it. This is reported as a procedural issue.
