The family trip usually means one person who needs a scooter and everyone else carrying the bags. Put the scooter, the wheelchair or the stroller on one order, send it to the same hotel and have it waiting when the whole family arrives.

Swipe for how to set it up, then save it for the group chat. 💬

Orlando, New York City, Tampa Bay, Washington DC and the state of Florida all have something in common. Their official tourism offices recommend us to the people visiting.

We also picked up a Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice award this year and an A+ from the BBB, which we're pretty proud of. But mostly it comes down to a neighbor in each of those cities showing up on time, over and over.

Wherever you're headed in the US this season, there's a good chance one of them is nearby.

This is what happens before you arrive. A local partner checks the battery, loads up, texts the front desk and leaves your equipment with someone who's expecting it, so by the time you walk into the lobby the only thing left to do is go.

More than 600 partners do some version of this every day, and if you own equipment and know your city, the link in our bio is how you join them.

Here's the honest holiday timeline.

Thanksgiving week equipment is going now, cruise terminals run out first, then Orlando, then anywhere it snows, and the back half of December follows the same order about three weeks later.

Book this month and move the dates later if your plans change, because that's a much easier problem than a scooter that's already out.

Save this and send it to whoever plans the family trip.

Long weekend, one beach and nobody sitting anything out. The beach wheelchairs were already there when they arrived, which meant the whole weekend got to be about the water and the company instead of how far it was across the sand. However you're spending yours, we hope you get all of it.

More than 100 of our partners now do this as their main income. You pick your hours, we send the bookings.

October might be the best month of the year for a park day, as long as you plan for the walking. Send the scooter or stroller to your hotel so it's there before you are, charge it overnight, ride it in on day one and skip the rental line at the gate entirely. Save this one for your trip.

We asked where you're headed this fall, and Diana's answer made our whole week.

Her husband Phillip is taking her to Las Vegas in November to see the Eagles at the Sphere (and yes, Diana, he sounds pretty wonderful). The one thing she was nervous about was all the walking and standing in line.

So that part's handled. Diana, your gear will be waiting at the hotel when you check in, and all you have to do is enjoy the show.
