Tom and I want to thank everyone for a successful summer 2026. Due to upcoming shoulder surgery (for me), we have decided to close up the house early this year. Next year's improvement list includes a new living room rug, some new lounge chairs for the deck and new cushions for the breezeway wicker furniture....because next season will be here before you know it 🌊 Looking forward to having you back next summer!

Hey, we're offering discounted rates for late summer/early fall! The weather's gonna be perfect, and the rates are even better 🍁

We've got availability from August 29th to September 5th🐾🌊 We're also open for four-night stays from September 5th to October 31st.

Our dog-friendly, six-bedroom, two-bath place has an outdoor shower and is super close to everything. You can walk to Wings Grove Beach on Long Pond, and it sleeps ten people. We've got a private fenced-in yard, a big eat-in kitchen with a coffee bar, and a huge back deck perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Plus, there are two living areas, so it's great for families with teenagers. The backyard even has lights for evening fun. We've got stainless steel kitchen appliances, cable, Wi-Fi, central AC, a dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas grill, and co****le boards. We also throw in beach chairs, coolers, games, linens, towels, and new patio furniture. We're less than 2.5 miles from the ocean beaches and about a mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Other cool spots nearby include the Cape Cod Summer League Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox, tennis courts, and a track. You can book from August 29th to September 5th (full week only), and from September 5th to October 31st with a minimum four-night stay at discounted rates. Message us for prices!
