Being centrally located in the Mid-Cape area offers many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy nearby beaches, golfing, biking, or kayaking. A pod of dolphins swam up through Parker’s River behind the resort today. They frolicked in the river and marina for several hours before being led back out to sea by wildlife services in kayaks.

September has arrived and that late summer/early fall weather is in the air. It's a beautiful time of year to visit Cape Cod. Beaches no longer charge for parking, crowds have died down, and festivals start popping up across the Cape.

We are aware that many of our regular guests are having a harder time booking rooms this season at Riverview Resort. We want nothing more than to be able to accommodate all rental requests, but we are operating at just over half capacity, with more than 40% of our rooms still being out of order due to the ongoing insurance claim to repair the resort's roof and damaged rooms. It has been an incredibly difficult, complicated, and frustrating situation and we are doing the best we can to accommodate as many guests as we can. We thank you for all who have reached out with support and well-wishes. It has been greatly appreciated.
