We are making progress with the house but it’s slower to get to the fun things than planned. Sharing a picture of the view from the across the street instead of the new septic system that recently went in. Not all progress is pretty but necessary & will be worth in the long run. The new septic will allow for 4 bedrooms instead of 3 so we are excited 🎉 about septic!!

Bulkhead and dock are underway. Will be a great spot to launch a canoe or do some paddle boarding. 🛶 ⛵️

Canal in front of Roofer’s Retreat. The house is only a few minutes to the beach, golf, or shops but tucked back in here, it’s easy to forget about all that. It’s a quiet oasis.
