Sixty years of road trips, warm welcomes, and memories made along the way. 🚐💛

Goodland KOA Journey is celebrating 60 years of welcoming campers! Since 1966, this northwest Kansas campground has been part of countless adventures, including families returning with their kids and grandkids.

We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with General Manager Garrett Hammaker and the Goodland team. Thank you to the guests and team members who have helped carry this tradition forward!

We are honored to build upon the incredible legacy Mark and Karla Lemoine have created over the past decade. We look forward to supporting the campground’s team, becoming part of the local community and helping even more families create lasting camping memories.

🏕️ FROM THE CAMPGROUND TO THE RACETRACK 🏁

We’re excited to officially announce KCN Campgrounds’ new partnership with Nathan Dupuis Motorsports!

What makes this partnership especially meaningful? It started as a camping trip.

While traveling the country for Nathan’s racing schedule, the Dupuis family stayed at several KCN Campgrounds, including Sweetwater KOA Holiday. After experiencing our parks firsthand, a simple conversation turned into a partnership that brings together two communities built around life on the road.

Now you can spot the KCN Campgrounds logo on the hood of Nathan’s No. 041 Toyota GR86 as he competes with Copeland Motorsports in the Toyota GR Cup North America! 🏎️

We’re proud to support Nathan as he continues his rookie season and can’t wait to follow the Dupuis family’s adventures both on and off the track.

One of the best parts of the KCN Kampout is bringing people together.

KCN CEO Kevin Thueson and Operations Analyst Lexie Andrus work closely together year-round, but like much of our team, a lot of that collaboration happens remotely. Events like Kampout give us the opportunity to connect in person, strengthen relationships, and align even more effectively moving forward.

There’s real value in putting faces to names and stepping out of the day-to-day to spend time together as a team. It’s a reminder that behind every system, report, and strategy are people working toward the same goal.

The future of KCN is bright.

A snapshot of some of the youngest members of our team, bringing fresh energy, new ideas, and a strong commitment to delivering great guest experiences every day.

We’re proud to see the next generation of leaders growing within KCN and making an impact across our campgrounds.

A look back at the 2026 KCN Kampout.

Beyond the trainings and sessions, this week was about connection, energy, and the people who make KCN what it is. This recap captures just a small glimpse of the moments in between, the conversations, the laughter, and the shared experiences that brought our team closer together.

Strong teams aren’t just built in meetings, they’re built in moments like these.

Grateful for the time spent together and the momentum we’re carrying forward into the season ahead.

Did we mention that we won three Icon Awards last year? 🏆
Shoutout to Kathy and Bob Bergeron, Mike and Cindy Miller, and Brandon and Jen Clark for their hard work and exceptional guest experiences.
