The Annual Super 8 Spearfish BBQ went great! It was so fun and the food was delicious. 😁 The hotel is so honored to give back to our guests who make the Sturgis Rally memorable and amazing! We as a staff are already gearing up for next year's Rally to make our guest's stay even better! Also big shout out to "BATMAN" a guest whose been coming to our hotel for the past 35 years. He won our grand prize in our free raffle!! Thank you all for coming and if you didn't get to make it there is always next year 😉

Super 8 is currently taking applications for a part ime Weekend Night Auditor. Ideal candidates can work the hours of 11pm to 7am. This is great opportunity for someone who is balancing another career, going to school, or wants to get their start in hospitality!

We’re looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations

• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies

• Reconcile accounts

• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts

• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts

• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers

• Help prepare for forecasts and audits
