We have a long history of rentals with very respectable renters and excellent reviews. The rentals are managed by our marina for a percentage of the proceeds. Our calendar currently has 40+ days booked for 2026 which alone will easily cover all your expenses. You can block off whatever you want to use and rent the rest, or not rent at all after this season. We do ask that existing agreements be honored as it's the right thing to do.
Optional small harbor hopper boat can be negotiated. Boston Whaler 150 Sport with 60hp Mercury 4-stroke. which really scoots.
