Chef Tony is killin’ the game! He’s added steak frites with chimichurri and pork chops with chutney and smashed red potatoes to the menu and upgraded our coconut prawns. Come try them. Maybe add a watermelon salad and some strawberry-rhubarb crème brûlée!

Fun Fact about Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown. This building was built in 1911 as the Willard Hotel. When we renovated, we worked hard to preserve as much of that history as possible -- including this floor and the woodwork. That right! This floor is 115 years old! How did it last so long? It's literally made of small pieces of cut stone! We love it.
