Big B RV Park We are an RV park located in Sprague, WA off of I-90 at exit 231 just outside of Ritzville, WA. We are conveniently located next to Big B Truck Stop and Subway!

RV park stays are available for $20/night. This fee includes water and electricity hook ups. Guests are also allowed to dump their RVs at the RV dump site for no additional fee. Towable trailers and pop-up campers are allowed in addition to RVs. Laundry and showers are available for an additional fee each. Extended stays may have additional fees and must be arranged prior to arrival. Day of reserv

ation are allowed on an availability basis. Early check-in/Late check-out requests will be granted on an availability basis only. Late check-out cannot be requested after the time of check-in. These allowances will not exceed one (1) hour each. Check-In Time: 2PM
Check-Out Time: 12 PM
Laundry $5/Load
Showers $5/30 Minutes

The following rules apply to all guests:
• No repairs or maintenance of RV on grounds
• Speed limit of 10 MPH on the property
• No drying of laundry outside the RV
• Pets shouldn’t be left unattended and must always be on a leash
• No portable pet fences/play yards for animals
• Cannot change the RV parking slot once it is assigned. You should consult the staff if you want a change
• No generators can be used while on property; only exception is during a power outage
• Smoking should be done at designated locations only
• No campfires allowed on property
• No ATVs or motorcycles
• No washing RVs on site
• RVs with external leaks or excessive external damage will not be accepted
• No glass outside of the RV

Temporary Changes! Our water pipe is leaking so we currently are unable to do water hookups until it is fixed. We are still accepting guests but only electrical hookups are available at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding!

Big B RV Park has openings for you to stay with us! $20/night with electricity hookup and the ability to dump your RV while you stay. Showers are available for $5 during your stay in a private indoor bathroom. Call us today or stop on by!
