Popsicles, popcorn, and cold lemonade in the office last week. Kids with blue tongues and orange fingers. Grown-ups sneaking a second popsicle on their way out. A few residents pulling up a chair for a minute longer than they planned, because that's usually how it goes.

So much going on this week at Rayford Crossing! Our Epic Water Balloon Fight is today, so grab your neighbors, pick your team, and get ready to cool off the fun way. Then join us Saturday morning in the Lone Star Room for fresh bagels and good company, from 9:30 to 10:30am.

And do not forget, the show is basically next door: the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is five minutes away, with Coral Re**er Band on July 24 and Black Crowes with Whiskey Myers on August 8.

What a way to kick off July! Thank you to everyone who stopped by the office for popsicles, goody bags, and our Ultimate Hot Dog Bar over the holiday week. It was so good to see familiar faces and meet a few new neighbors between the tall pines.
