WE ARE HIRING PART-TIME FRONT DESK PERSONNEL!
Guest Service Representatives are responsible for greeting and registering guests while providing outstanding customer service throughout our guests stay.
Responsibilities include registering guests which involves checking in and checking out guests and making modifications to reservation. But, that’s not all. You will be a liaison between the front desk and all departments of the hotel. Exceptional communications skills is a must. You will gain skills to be able to resolve guest issues as soon as they arise.
Working in hospitality opens many doors for each employee. We look forward to sharing more about our property and staff in the interview process.
