When Clark contacted me almost 4 years ago, he had a couple years' worth of points saved up and asked if I could help him offset his fees while his wife dealt with some health issues. Later he told me she was confined to a wheelchair but provided no further details. Today, I met this sweet couple in the Smokey Mountains, in person, for the first time. I met them in their condo and we got to know each other a bit. This week marks their 37th Wedding Anniversary. Turns out Clark is a veteran green beret that served in the Vietnam War and well, Ruby.... is walking this year for the first time after 6 years in a wheelchair.... So, naturally she wanted to book about 4 vacations for themselves and their grandchildren this next year :-)
