As a Guest Experience Agent, you will provide reception services for guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Guest Experience Agent contributes to first impressions and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, requests and complete audit procedures.
- Ensure that both the General Manager and Assistant General Manager are kept fully aware of any relevant guest feedback.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
- Attend appropriate training courses.
- Demonstrate knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary.
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Comply with hotel security, fire and health safety regulations.
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Follow company brand standards.

Happy 1 year anniversary to our Laundry Expert, Scota. She makes sure every guest walks in to clean linen on their bed 🛏 and fresh towels in their bathroom🛁. We appreciate all her hard work!
A little bit about Scota:
Her favorite movie is any Adam Sandler movie.
Her favorite food is pizza 🍕.
She has a huge heart ♥, she is a boy mom, she is funny, she loves watching crime T.V. shows 📺, and she loves sleeping😴.
If she could vacation anywhere on the planet she would go to New Mexico to see her father and brother.
The thing she likes best about her position at Home2 is she gets to hide out in her laundry room.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her son and watching Netflix.
