The motel is officially on the market. This was our mom's dream for the longest time and we hope it finds someone equally passionate to care for it, if that's possible! For guests who may be wondering, we will continue to keep it open and running until sold.

Theresa Ortscheid, 59, of Springfield An informal Celebration of Theresas Life will be held Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 2 to 5 PM at Peters Funeral Home in Springfield. Burial will take place at a later date at the Springfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate in her name
