Just a mile and a half off the Blue Ridge Parkway, Springmaid Mountain is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Open year-round, all cabins include satellite television, cooking utensils, kitchen appliances, microwave, coffee pot, towels and bed linens.

A new chapter begins at Springmaid Mountain ⛰️

This weekend, we celebrated the grand reopening of Springmaid Mountain following the devastation of Hurricane Helene.

For more than four decades, this special place in the North Carolina mountains has carried forward a tradition of bringing people together to enjoy the outdoors, make memories and connect with nature.

Helene tested that tradition, and the months that followed brought together staff, volunteers, local partners and friends of Leroy Springs & Company to restore the property and prepare it to welcome guests again.

This weekend's ribbon cutting marked the continuation of that legacy and the beginning of a new chapter for Springmaid Mountain.

We’re grateful to everyone who helped us get here, and even more excited to welcome families back to the mountain 🌲
