I texted my buddy Alan on Monday night when my a/c went out and he had me a new unit installed by mid-day Thursday. Talk about some FAST service. He has been doing great work at all of my rentals for the past few years. Give him a call at 304-524-2769 if you have been putting off getting your HVAC fixed... Or if you have a heating/cooling emergency when it's 100 degrees out like me.

For some reason air conditioning always loves to go out in 100 degree weather. Don't worry, it isn't any of the cabins.....

Okay so a lot of things are happening at once here 😂

I was visiting my parents and accidentally stepped on a snake at the base of their porch. I yelled, then proceeded to knock off a light from their banister, fall up the steps, and lose my shoes (which were not properly on anyway). I then had to check that the snake wasn't waiting for me to come back for my shoes, grab them, and then shamefully carry in the water for my parents.

If you haven't tried The 1910 in Logan, I highly recommend it! Great food and great atmosphere.

Stopped by the new Kroger in South Charleston. Who knew that it is one of the largest Kroger in the world?

I was only slightly disappointed that it didn't have more gluten free options 😅
