are proud to ship over 100,000 parcels per month, with an accuracy level over 99%. We work with more than 350 distributors in the US and abroad, shipping to over 1,500 locations per month. We continue to grow and have the capacity for this scope of work because of the highly efficient procedures and practices we have in place. Our business services include overstock trading and master distribution, as well as various supply chain initiatives for our distributor partners. And to add greater value for our partners, The Palm Tree Group operates and runs HIDAoverstock.com, an industry-endorsed initiative to reduce excess inventory in the healthcare supply chain. We are dedicated to fostering progress, holding ourselves to unyielding standards and creating increasingly efficient operations. The Palm Tree Group (Houston, TX) and MedPro Associates (Denver, CO) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to create a strategic alliance. The merger will represent a synergistic offering of healthcare solutions in both operating and sales expense saving. Both companies stated that the consolidated model addresses the drastic economic challenges that healthcare is faced with today, enabling organizations to become more efficient and profitable without compromising service, inventory control or sales coverage. The newly formed business of The PT/MP Group will be lead by CEO and president Manny Losada reporting dually to co-chairmen of the board Mark Wallis and Bill Sparks.
