Fresh Elderberries from Our Farm

Looking for real, farm-grown elderberry—not something from a warehouse? We grow everything right here in east-central Minnesota and have options for gardeners, cooks, and your medicine cabinet. From rooted and unrooted cuttings to pick your own, frozen berries, and canned elderberry juice, our harvest is small batch, seasonal, and handled with care.

What’s available now
• Canned elderberry juice — from our 2025 picking season, ready to turn into germ fighting syrup, or to transform your pancake experience.
• Building our 2026 customer list — sign up now to get first notice for cuttings, pick your own, and frozen berries.

Seasonal timing
• Cuttings — usually available in April.
• Pick your own — typically opens late August through mid September.
• Frozen berries — available in the fall while supplies last.

Prices
• Pick your own – $12/lb or 5+ lbs for $10/lb
• Frozen – $13/lb or 4lbs for $40
• Canned juice – $ 15 per pint
• Unrooted cuttings – $1 each (min 12)
• Rooted cuttings – $5 each or 5 for $20

🎺Tomorrow is our next U-Pick Elderberries day! We have more berries than pickers so far so if you’ve been wishing you could get your hands on some organically grown, chemical free elderberries to make your own syrup, PM me!

We have desteming screens available if you’d like to destem them here!

We harvested about 18 lbs on Wednesday, and we have more than twice that ready for tomorrow!

Elderberries are coming in hot this year! Opening day for Pick-Your-Own is this Wednesday, August 27th! We are taking appointments for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays through the first couple weeks of September.

🌽Sweet corn is out on the veggie-ma-rig! 🌽Come visit our community veggie cart where everything is FREE or by donation (secure cash box or Venmo)

We’re also adding tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, peppers, State Fair apples and cabbage as they ripen. More corn/apples will be added as needed.

Sweet corn is ready! Stop by Tristin’s Veggie-ma-rig today for some corn, cabbage, State Fair apples and more! If you’re interested in picking a bunch of State Fair apples at $1.25/lb let me know, we have 3 trees. Makes great applesauce, pie filling, etc.!

Tristin’s veggie-ma-rig just got freshly stocked! Please come pick up your lettuce, kale, kohlrabi, cucumbers, cabbage, purple cauliflower, purple Napa cabbage, yellow squash, beets, turnips, and more before it goes bad!
Everything is free or by donation to Tristin’s market garden business. (Cash box/Venmo QR code on site)
