One of our favorite places to go while we’re in the Park! Simple decor, great people, delicious food, and just overall a very peaceful vibe!

High up in Shenandoah National Park, Big Meadows Lodge Dining Room is where you go when you want a meal with a view that feels like a reward. You pull in, step inside the lodge, and the whole place hits you with that cozy, woodsy warmthwindows glowing, plates clinking, and the mountain air still on your jacket. You dig into hearty comfort classics, seasonal specials, and warm-from-the-kitchen desserts that taste even better after a day on the trails. You sip something cold, share a basket of bread, and watch the meadow stretch out like a postcard while the light changes outside. The pace is easy, the portions feel worth it, and the staff keeps things friendly and unhurried even when the dining room fills up. You leave full, relaxed, and already thinking about coming back after the next hike.

We have some vacancies for Sunday and Monday nights, so if you want to take advantage of the FEE FREE day on Sunday, you can also take advantage of our lower non-weekend rates!

Friendly reminder! This Sunday (6/14) is President Trump's birthday (and Flag Day) which means the Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive will be FREE admission. Standard entrance pass fees are $30 per vehicle so take advantage!

✂️🍷 Join the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the exciting expansion of Wisteria Farm & Vineyard with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for their brand-new full kitchen addition on Saturday, May 23rd at 11:30 AM! Owners Steve and Cassandra Wallace invite the community to celebrate this special milestone and enjoy a beautiful grazing table and refreshing Italian sodas following the ceremony. 🎉

The new kitchen will feature charcuterie boards, paninis, salads, and Italian sodas, adding even more to the vineyard experience guests have come to love. 🍇🥪🥗 Beginning Friday, May 22nd, the vineyard will also extend their hours and be open Fridays and Saturdays from 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM through the fall season.

Guests attending the ribbon cutting are encouraged to stay and enjoy live music by Shane Click from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. 🎶 Make plans to spend the day enjoying great food, local wine, music, and fellowship at one of Page County’s beautiful destinations!

FEE FREE Day on Monday to celebrate Memorial Day!!

Friendly reminder! The entire length of Skyline Drive through the Shenandoah National Park will have free admission this coming Monday in observance of Memorial Day.

It should be a great day for a drive, hike, waterfall trip, or picnic at one of the park campgrounds with comfortable late-May weather expected.

A new kitchen is coming to Stanley, VA right here at Wisteria Farm & Vineyard - the Barn Bistro!

Soft launch: May 16 & 17th, 12p-5:30p
Fully open Thurs-Mon starting Memorial Day weekend, 12p-5:30p.
Ribbon Cutting: May 23rd at 11:30a with the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce!

The first 10 customers will get 1/2 off their sandwich on May 23rd.
Limited gluten free options will be available, such as gluten free crackers for charcuterie boards and salads (hold the croutons!).
