🍂 **FALL FESTIVAL CANCELED** 🍂

Due to the incoming tropical storm and expected weather conditions, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Fall Festival scheduled for Saturday, October 10.

The safety of our guests, vendors, and staff is our top priority. We’re disappointed we won’t get to celebrate with everyone this year, but we appreciate your understanding!

Please stay safe, everyone, and keep an eye out for future events at Montgomery Center. 🧡🎃

🎶 Music Ministry Monday!

A familiar hymn can bring back a memory. A new song can give us words for something we’ve struggled to express. And singing together can remind us that we belong.

What hymn or worship song has stayed with you through the years? Tell us in the comments—we’d love to hear the story behind it.

Here's our version of "Father, I Adore You."Hello everyone, thank...

🧱 You know your kid is ready for camp when he builds his own.

There’s a climbing wall, an archery range, Obi-Wan Kenobi driving BTB, Spider-Man on lifeguard duty, and a peacock sharing a meal with Rocket in the dining hall. This camp welcomes quite the crowd! 😂

I think this creative camper is trying to tell me something!

Thankfully, he doesn’t have to wait until summer 2027. ❄️ Next stop: Winter Camp!
Register your camper today: https://www.montgomerycenter.org/winter-camp
All are welcome here—superheroes, Jedi, peacocks, and you. 🦸🧙🦚🦝💛

P.S. Summer 2027 registration is open, too—because some adventures are worth building toward. 🏕️

Campers who play, worship, explore, make friends, and grow in faith. Young adults discovering their gifts as leaders. Churches, schools, community organizations, families, and retreat groups finding a place to gather, learn, rest, and connect.

You can see some of that impact in our new 2026 Summer Impact Report:

As Montgomery approaches its 70th anniversary, we’re not only grateful for everyone who has helped care for this ministry—we’re preparing for who comes next.

The next camper.

Today, on Patriot Day, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and we honor the courage of the first responders, service members, neighbors, and ordinary people who stepped forward in extraordinary ways.

Twenty-five years later, may we remember not only the tragedy of that day, but also the compassion that followed it — strangers helping strangers, communities gathering together, and people choosing courage, service, and love in the face of fear.

May we honor their memory by caring for our neighbors, serving our communities, and working toward a world shaped by peace, mercy, and hope.

We remember. We give thanks. We pray for all who still carry the loss of that day.
